Refund & Withdrawal Policy

How refunds and your EU/EEA/UK right of withdrawal work for your SelfOS subscription.

Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA/UK)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of subscription without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (e.g., email to contact@selfos.club) before the 14-day period expires.

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

If you begin using the Service before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, you expressly consent to losing your right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed. For digital content, by downloading or streaming, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge losing your withdrawal right.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our Service. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • EU/EEA/UK Withdrawal Right: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription as described in Section 17.
  • Free Trial: If you cancel during your free trial period, you will not be charged.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds for partial months. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
  • Annual Subscriptions: You may request a prorated refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service.
  • Exceptions: Refunds may be refused if we detect abuse of the refund policy, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

To request a refund, email us at contact@selfos.club with your account email and reason for the refund request. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method via Stripe or Revolut.
